The size was perfect for my Queen sized bed. My hip no longer aches when I lay on my side. I sleep very well on it, but I guess I was expecting it to be a little less firm. Density does not only mean quality, but firmness for support. 6.5 supports well, but if you are looking for quality and softness, 5.5 density would probably be better.

BUT, It has been 3 weeks and it still smells Horrible!! The smell has permiated my sheets and duvet cover. It is not on my porch airing out, and I am not sure if i can get the smell out of the sheets.

I ordered a second mattress about one year after the first. I don't think it was a 6.5 because it is somewhat harder than the first mattress. Offsetting this, it did come with a mattress cover and a pillow with shredded foam. All in all though, I was happier with the first mattress which did not have a mattress cover and foam pillow. It's okay, but I prefer sleeping in the bed with the first foam mattress.
