This product allowed a leak to get to our mattress after 1 year. It did work well initially but lost its ability to protect and when a leak got through the unit we called for warranty coverage and they denied us and voided our warranty because we attempted to clean the mattress stain before calling them. We were shocked. We believe a company should stand by their product, not look for a reason to get out of the warranty when it doesn't stand up to its performance. DO NOT BUY!!

We have owned this product for a few months and it failed miserably. After washing it once it must have lost it's "waterproof" abilities. We usually just wipe it down when we change the sheets on the weekend if our 3 year old has not had any mishaps. Well unfortunately about 2 weeks ago our son had 2 or 3 mishaps within one week. It must have been in the middle of the night because when we changed him in the morning he was completely dry, but we noticed a large urine stain on his sheets. We proceeded to remove his sheets and saw the bed liner was also dry and had no urine stain so we just did our usual wipe down on it and washed the sheets.
