I received my Theramat "Mattress Pad" two days ago. It is no mattress pad. It is the consistency of a piece of thick cardboard. The only circumstance I can see this working under is if you happen to own an extremely firm mattress and plan on purchasing a featherbed-type product to put over it.
The worst part is, that they have a return policy (which I couldn't locate on Amazon without help) that states that it is non-returnable. Even after several arguments with their "customer service" department, I have not been able to convince them to take back this pad, which was out of the box for about a minute. $500 sitting in a box in my dining room. Nice.
