I have not bought this particular Item, but seeing it listed and knowing the company I'd like to share my experience:

I bought a pillow from this company a couple years ago for a pricey sum, but I was willing after a great Men's Health review recommended it.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had - the pillow grew a black mold on the surface so I sent it back and asked for a refund. They were supportive and nice until they had the pillow in their possession (the evidence) and then they became impossible to contact, refused to give me anything - money, a replacement, the old pillow - nothing! I called and tried to get anything in return and they were about the rudest people you could ever imagine. To the point that I see they're still in comfort today and I feel something should be said to warn people.
