My husband and I are on our 4th bed set in 7 years. We've covered the gamut at paying over $10,000 for the big name with an 18" mattress (plus box spring, poor dog couldn't jump that high and it was terribly toxic) to finally finding comfort with an all organic natural latex system on an adjustable frame. This was good for a year but the mattress lost it's resilience and we added this to it. I have very painful arthritic joints and feet and this is the most comfort anything has every provided. It really does float the body and cushion the joints but still feels totally supportive. I can hoist my self up and my wrists do not scream in pain either -- it creates a nice "give" for high pressure areas so there is no push back. My husband can sleep on his side again without waking with aching hips. I can't say enough good things about this incredible mattress topper.
